The long road(s) throughout Australia

This website used to be about a long journey beginning in Tasmania, then from Sydney up the East coast to Port Douglas, then to the centre, visiting Ayers Rock and the McDonnell Ranges. Then we went northwards again along the Stuart highway to the Top End, visiting Kakadu National Park and finishing in Darwin.

Now, there's been another one through Victoria and Tasmania! The travel report itself is online now, but the parts about wildlife are not updated yet. That will take me another little while, but it's under way!

First of all interested in nature and environment, I mainly photgraphed the living things along the road, animals, plants and of course, humans, too ;). On several sites the informations about them are not really plenty, but you are more than welcome to help me to improve the site. Remember: I'm an interested tourist, not a scientist.

Anyway: Enjoy the site!
